Timothy Bell, M.D., F.A.A.P. Timothy Bell, M.D. has been associated with Palm Beach Pediatrics for almost 20 years. He is originally from Pittsfield, Massachusetts. His undergraduate and medical degrees are from Tufts University. He remained in Boston for his pediatric residency at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Bell and his wife, Dr. Sue Goldfinger, live in Palm Beach Gardens with their three children, Emily, Andrew and Jennifer.
