Payment is required at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
For your convenience, Palm Beach Pediatrics accepts payment in the form of cash, personal check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please note, if paying by check a service charge will be applied to any account whose check is returned for any reason.
For all accounts whose balance is not paid within 30 days of the statement date, a $10 late fee per month until balance is paid will be assessed.
Palm Beach Pediatrics schedules appointments such that each patient is given both the time and attention we have built our reputation on. For this reason, those patients who do not cancel their appointment at least 24 hours in advance may be charged a no-show fee of up to $50.00.
Those patients who continuously miss their scheduled appointments may be discharged from the practice.
